REGAIN YOUR FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT

Specializing in biomechanical engineering, we are at the forefront of innovative solutions to revolutionize and improve human mobility.
It all began in 2016, over a cup of coffee with friends, with the unexpected arrival of Joëlle, a below knee amputee, who openly complained about her ‘painful’ stump, compressed in her prosthesis.

One year later, in February 2017, EXONEO was born with the desire to answer this question: can biomechanical engineering help Joëlle and all people with motor disabilities to regain enjoyable sensations when walking?
The first answer to this question was given to us by Joëlle herself when she tried out the first prototype of the
Upya prosthetic foot.

« I’ve got my foot back »

Joëlle, 55, an amputee since 20 years, relived the joy of walking comfortably and having more freedom of movement!

Since 2017, EXONEO has been working in collaboration with healthcare professionals, researchers and other communities to develop universal devices to enable all people with motor disabilities – wherever they are in the world, and whatever their economic standard of living – to regain real walking sensations, freedom of movement and self-confidence.

INSPIRED BY ANATOMY, DEVELOPED FOR YOU AND ACCESSIBLE TO ALL

We are convinced that biomechanics can considerably improve the quality of life of people with motor disabilities.
That’s why we’re committed to offering solutions that take into account the different aspects of their lives: mobility, comfort,
practicality, durability and cost.

WE STAND BY OUR VALUES, DOING BETTER FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS

We care about the well-being of our future generations.
Our biomechanical approach to product design enables us to offer products that not only restore the feeling of having a natural limb, but are also part of a sustainable development approach.

– We design our products to be repairable. To reduce the waste generated by products at the end of their life cycle and to enable their recycling.
– We choose local suppliers to limit our carbon footprint. In fact, 85% of our parts are made in France.
– We choose packaging made from recycled materials to optimize the space we need for our products.

Our commitment to society

We believe that every individual should be able to regain their freedom of movement, whatever their circumstances.

We put the patient at the center of all our thinking and innovations, because it’s by working with them that we can truly understand their needs.

Accountability

Every company has an active role to play in the major economic, social and environmental issues of today and tomorrow…

EXONEO is doing its part to establish a more ethical and sustainable vision of the orthopedic industry.
